Elf checks every X minutes heap level, if he is smaller than HEAPALERT then elf restart phone or ask question about restart. (Эльф проверяет каждые Х минут уровень heap, и при достижении определенного значения перезагружает телефон.) Works with phones which have not more than 3MB of heap.
